MEET MOLLY

Since the late nineties, Molly has coached, consulted and directed presidents and founders of national organizations and over 4,000 law firms in; executive-level leadership, continuous improvement and team empowerment initiatives to infiltrate new markets, leveraging partner ecosystems and producing profitability. Molly has 23 years of specific skillset experience in legal CMO marketing, factional CEO, conversation intelligence coaching, team development & empowerment, intraprenuer talent acquisition, Kaizen leadership, root cause analysis, revenue mapping and action-based project management.

Since 1997, Hiring & Empowering Solutions has been the only team of management consultants offering hiring and training support to boutique law firms and “solopreneur” attorneys throughout the U.S. Our program is proven and highly effective, not just because we, too, are entrepreneurs, but because we were once key employees at law firms ourselves. We speak the language of law firm leaders as fluently as we speak the language of their employees, and we know how to get both groups of people to work together, seamlessly, for the benefit of the firm.
